Delivery costs and transit times
We have experience in shipping to all parts of the world, from South Korea to the U.S.A. and from Curacao to Iceland. Transport costs are calculated on a project or case-by-case basis, depending on customer request.

For delivery to Switzerland, the following conditions apply as of 25th April 2022:
Parcel
Orders over € 350 are delivered free of charge, DAP customer address.
For orders under € 350, a transport charge of € 20 is applicable.
Pallet
Orders over € 1.500 are delivered free of charge, DAP customer address.
For orders under € 1.500, a transport charge of € 185 is applicable.
Odd-size (incl. piping)
Orders over € 3.500 are delivered free of charge, DAP customer address.
For orders under € 3.500, a transport charge of € 450 is applicable.
General
For orders below € 150, a € 17,50 small order fee will be added.
For large transport, e.g. fiberglass pools, pool covers etc., freight costs will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Other important delivery information
Once you've placed an order, it cannot be changed.
If your order includes pallets, odd-sized items and parcels you will receive separate emails and deliveries for each.
Failed deliveries due to closed premises, lack of unloading equipment, incomplete delivery information or access restrictions may incur additional charges.
