Rain Bird Sprinkler base, type RD1800 is an ideal pop-up spray head designed for small to medium garden due to its durability and ease of installation with the additional SAM and Flow-Shield technology.
The RD1800 series is compatible with all the Rain Bird spray heads like the R-VAN, Rotary, HE-VAN, VAN, U-Series and MPR which grants these series an unlimited flexibility and options for operating in the gardens. Additionally, the RD1800 series comes with the standard Seal-A-Matic (SAM), Pressure Regulatng System (PRS) and Flow-Shield technologies, therefore been the most popular option for gardeners. SAM can hold up to 4.2m of head (0.3bar). TheFlow-Shield provides low flow vertical water jet when a nozzles has been broken or removed. Additionally, the riser has heights of 10cm (RD04), 15cm (RD06) and 30cm (RD12) to expand the range of possibilities of this pop up. pressure ranges from 1.0 to 6.9 bar while the spacing ranges from 0.8m to 7.3m.
