Veluna is Norsup’s premium pool lighting system, developed to combine powerful underwater illumination with an UltraFlat design that integrates seamlessly into the pool environment. The 2 mm glass body sits perfectly flush with the pool surface, creating a clean architectural finish without visible housing, protrusion or shadow lines.

Step 1

Prepare or use the existing housing

For new pools, install the Veluna wall housing during construction. For existing pools, connect directly to the existing Par56 housing - no pool drainage and no major works required.

Step 2

Clip in and connect

Slide Veluna into position and engage the clip connection. The glass body locks flush against the pool surface. Connect the low-voltage cable to the controller - the connector is clearly marked and waterproof.

Step 3

Pair with the NorsupOne app

Open the NorsupOne app, add the Veluna light and set the first colour scene. Full integration with the V3 controller enables lighting to be managed alongside other pool systems in one place.

Frequently Asked Questions

Veluna RGBW produces 1,800 lumen at 25W and gives you access to a virtually unlimited range of colour combinations using red, green, blue and white LEDs. Veluna Warm White produces 2,500 lumen at 25W and delivers a fixed, natural 3,500K warm white light. Both are fully dimmable and use the same UltraFlat 2mm glass body and clip connection. RGBW is ideal if you want creative colour lighting; Warm White is the choice if you prefer a refined, consistent tone.
Yes. Veluna is specifically designed to retrofit into existing Par56 light housings — the standard housing used in the vast majority of domestic swimming pools across Europe. In most cases the pool does not need to be drained and no major works are required. A certified Norsup installer can assess your existing installation and carry out the upgrade efficiently.
Yes. Veluna can be operated with a standalone controller if you do not have the full NorsupOne V3 system. The standalone controller provides colour and dimming control independently of the pool automation system. If you do have the NorsupOne V3, Veluna integrates directly with the app for full scene control, scheduling and home automation integration.
Yes. Veluna supports RS485 and DMX512 communication protocols, which are compatible with virtually all professional home automation platforms including Control4, KNX, Crestron, Loxone and similar systems. This allows Veluna to be triggered as part of a wider home automation scene — for example, switching on and dimming automatically when a garden lighting scene is activated.
The number of lights required depends on the size and shape of your pool and the level of light output you want. As a general guide, most domestic pools between 25m² and 60m² are well lit with two to four Veluna units. Your certified Norsup installer will assess your pool and recommend the ideal number and positioning during a site visit.
