How do I exchange an item?
You can return your order in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale and delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the delivery costs to our warehouse in the Netherlands. To request a return, please fill in our return form. We will then contact you to advise of any charges. To receive the new item, please place a new order in our online shop.
