General terms and conditions Bevo Poland Sp. z o.o

The provisions of these General Terms and Conditions apply between Bevo Poland and Entrepreneurs (Business Entities) as part of their business activities.

1. Order

Any change in the order on the part of Bevo Poland or the buyer requires the acceptance of the other party in electronic form (e-mail).

1.1 Delivery via courier company

The order delivery cost is as follows:
- PLN 35.00/net* - for orders up to PLN 500.00/net, does not apply to non-standard elements**
- PLN 50.00/net* - for orders from PLN 500.00/net to PLN 1,000/net, does not apply to non-standard elements**
- Orders over PLN 1,000/net are carried out at Bevo's expense*, except for non-standard items, the cost of transport of which is determined individually**. 
Orders are processed and packed on the day they are confirmed or on the next business day. Deliveries are carried out by courier companies, which should deliver the parcel within 48 hours of receiving the goods from the Bevo warehouse. The exception are orders for which we negotiate the delivery date individually.
*applies to recipients in Poland
**non-standard shipments:
- a parcel which, due to its properties (e.g. shape, dimensions, delicate contents) cannot be sorted using an automatic sorter and/or requires special treatment during transport (manual sorting)
- a parcel with maximum length exceeding 175 cm
- a parcel with overall weight exceeding 31.6 kg
- a pallet with goods protruding beyond its outline.

2. Complaints


2.1 Quantity Complaints

Complaint about differences in delivery compared to the delivery document/invoice.
In order to speed up the processing of the complaint, please send an e-mail to info@bevo.pl with following information: invoice number, delivery date, article number with differences, contact person and telephone number.

2.2 Quality complaints

In order to speed up the processing of the complaint, please send an e-mail to info@bevo.pl with following information: invoice noumber, delivery date, article noumber with a description of the defect, contact person and telephone noumber, and request how to bring the product into compliance with the contract.
If it is necessary to deliver the product to the seller in order for Bevo Poland to consider the complaint, the buyer is obliged to deliver the complained product at his own expense to Bevo/to the indicated address.
If, due to the type of defect, type of product or method of installation, delivery of the product is impossible or difficult, it is possible to inspect it at the installation site. The buyer is obliged to give access to the place where the product is installed.
In the event of an unjustified complaint considered at the installation site, the Buyer undertakes to cover the costs of:
- travel to the place of complaint - PLN 1.65/net/km + any fees for toll roads.
- working time and travel time of the service technician - PLN 50.00/net/man-hour, if the total time including travel exceeds 5 hours, the cost will be charged for the entire working day - PLN 240.00/net.
- other fees necessary to cover travel to the place of complaint.

3. Prices

All prices given in catalogues, price lists and in the online store do not include VAT. Information about products of Bevo Poland Ltd. found in catalogues, price lists and in the online store do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

4. Handling fee

The fee for each individual pipe cutting is PLN 5.00/net.
Orders below PLN 200.00/net are charged a handling fee of PLN 60.00/net.
