Under European consumer protection legislation - EU Directive 2023/2673 - consumers have the right to withdraw from certain online purchases within the applicable withdrawal period.

You can use this form to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your contract. Once we receive your request, we will send you an immediate confirmation of receipt by email.

Please complete the form below and submit your request before the end of the applicable withdrawal period. For standard orders, this is within 14 calendar days of receipt of all goods purchased in the corresponding contract.

Submission of this form constitutes your formal notification that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note that certain products and services may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.
