The NorsupOne V3 is the latest generation of Norsup's pool automation platform, a single intelligent controller that brings complete automation to every aspect of the pool. From the moment it is installed, the pool runs itself. 

For installers, the V3 means significantly less cabling, faster commissioning and remote access to every pool they have installed. Preventive maintenance becomes the norm rather than the exception. 

The V3 supports up to five peristaltic dosing pumps, automatic backwash, frost protection, solar control and full integration with the NorsupOne app and web portal. LAN, Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity, including a built-in SIM card slot, ensures the pool is always reachable.

The NorsupOne V3 connects directly to a home's smart energy meter. When the solar installation produces more electricity than the home is currently using, the NorsupOne V3 detects that surplus and automatically activates the heat pump to use it for pool heating, completely free of charge. 

The result is a pool that gets warmer on sunny days without any human input, and an energy bill that reflects it. The Zero-E concept is available as standard on every NorsupOne V3 system.

The V3 manages every aspect of the pool from a single controller and app. This includes filtration, water treatment and dosing, heating, UV disinfection, pool cover operation, lighting, frost protection and garden accessories. It is compatible with the entire Norsup product range and supports integration with leading home automation systems via Modbus.
Zero-E is Norsup's solar integration feature. The V3 connects to a home's smart meter and monitors live energy production and consumption. When solar panels are producing more electricity than the home is using, the system automatically activates the heat pump to use that surplus for pool heating - completely free of charge and without any manual input.
The NorsupOne V3 supports LAN (ethernet), Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity. A SIM card slot is built into the controller, so the pool remains connected and reachable even if home Wi-Fi is unavailable. The app and web portal work on any smartphone, tablet or computer.
The V3 supports up to five peristaltic dosing pumps simultaneously. These can be configured for chlorine, pH+, pH–, algaecide and flocculant. Each pump has independently adjustable hysteresis settings, and suction lances include a container-empty switch to prevent dosing errors.
Yes. The V3 has Modbus connectivity and is compatible with all common variable speed pumps. It supports automatic backwash via electric 6-way valve, Besgo valves or electric rod valve. For new installations, the full NorsupOne package provides the most seamless and energy-efficient result, but the controller can integrate with existing plant room equipment.
Yes. Both the pool owner and the certified Norsup installer receive immediate notifications when anything unusual is detected in the system. This allows the installer to diagnose and often resolve issues remotely, before they become problems.
