Yes. All Norsup products are available for both new pool installations and existing pools. The slatted cover range includes built-in systems for new pools and renovation systems specifically designed for retrofitting onto existing pools. The NorsupOne V3 controller and Veluna lighting system are both compatible with existing plant room equipment. Certified Norsup installers can assess any current installations and recommend the most effective upgrade path.
All Norsup equipment is installed by certified Norsup professionals - specially trained installers who understand the complete system and can configure each component to work together optimally. Installation times vary by product: a slatted cover is typically installed in one day, while a complete NorsupOne system including heat pump and water treatment may require two to three days depending on the complexity of the installation.
Norsup warranties vary by product. Pool cover slats carry a 5-year warranty against leakage or breakage. Motors and control systems carry a 3-year warranty. Heat pump compressors carry a 10-year warranty. All warranties are supported by Norsup's Netherlands-based engineering team and the UK certified installer network - spare parts are available from stock and can typically be dispatched within 24 hours.
