Anwendungen der Tefen MixRite™ Dosierpumpen
Das MixRite™-Prinzip löst eine grundlegende Herausforderung jedes Flüssigkeitsdosiersystems: die Aufrechterhaltung eines konstanten Einspritzverhältnisses bei wechselnden Durchflussmengen und Drücken. Das macht die Pumpe für sehr unterschiedliche Branchen einsetzbar, in denen diese Anforderung besteht.
In der Bewässerung und Fertigation dosiert MixRite™ Düngemittel, Pflanzenschutzmittel und andere wasserlösliche Produkte präzise direkt in die Bewässerungsleitung – für gleichmäßige Ausbringung und reduzierten Verbrauch.
Im Bereich Tiergesundheit ist die PO-Version (Geflügel) mit EPDM-Dichtungen für die kontinuierliche Dosierung von Medikamenten, Vitaminen und Desinfektionsmitteln über Tränkwassersysteme ausgelegt. Der Proportionalmechanismus gewährleistet eine gleichmäßige Konzentration für alle Tiere.
Industrielle Anwendungen umfassen die Chemieredosierung in Fahrzeugwaschanlagen, Schneidöleinspeisung sowie Sanierungs- und Hygieneapplikationen in Lebensmittelbetrieben und Krankenhäusern. Dedizierte Varianten für Autowäsche (CW) und Chlorierung (CL) sind verfügbar.

Das Portfolio umfasst Nippel, Kupplungen, 90°-Bögen, T-Stücke, Stopfen, Reduzierungen und Schwenkverschraubungen in verschiedenen Gewindekonfigurationen und Größen. Gefertigt aus glasfaserverstärktem Polyamid bieten Tefen-Verschraubungen hohe mechanische Festigkeit, Langlebigkeit und zuverlässigen Betrieb bei Drücken bis 14 bar – geeignet für landwirtschaftliche und industrielle Anwendungen.
